There are 2 different forms to help to compute the taxes (i.e. sales taxes in Quebec apply to microfilms and CD-ROMs but not to books).  Terms: shipping and handling are 15% of the total (minimum $10, maximum $20).

For organizations like libraries and societies, you can use a purchase order and shipping and handling are included.

For US prices, use the prices as is.
