There are 2 purchase form to calculate sales tax. In Quebec, the TVQ is added to microfilm and cederom, but not to books. Conditions: Handling and delivery are 15% (minimum: 10$, maximum 20$).

For libraries and association. it's not necessary to pay in advance. It's free delivery and handling..
